The 2016-2020 Regional Agriculture Investment Plan and Food Security and Nutrition (RAIP-FNS) declines for the period 2016-2020 the Strategic Policy Framework (SPF) of the ECOWAP/CAADP. It is based on the 2005-2015 assessment carried out by ECOWAP/CAADP stakeholders and on the priorities (challenges and thematic issues) proposed by the “ECOWAP +10 Conference and Prospects for 2025” and approved by the Specialized Ministerial Technical Committee on Agriculture, Environment and Water Resources (SMTC-AEWR), as well as the Results Framework contained in the SPF.
